Please let me know if you had a similar experience or share yours below. Quite honestly, I do not know how to feel because I thought they just did not care about training me properly. Today they called me, and they told me that I am fired from my position. Mind you, I was able to get most of the details, but I just had to go back and fix up some of the wording. They told me I did not meet the requirements to handle the work, and they would move me to another place where there is not a huge focus on HPI. Because I did not feel like interrupting. I was not able to ask questions to my provider when I needed to. ![]() During my training, I had a nurse practicing with my provider. The scribe promised me that they would send me a detailed explanation about my charting and never did. At the end of the shift, the scribe would simply delete whatever I wrote and copy/paste what they wrote. I was doing my charting using another scribe's Cerner access and got no feedback. During my "five days of training," or let's call it not training. I thought that it would not be easy to handle. First of all, my boss started me before having my Cerner access.
